In a rather more creative than usual contest, the Toronto weekly The Grid challenged the world’s chefs to transform the content of a Big Mac into a five-star gourmet meal. Italy’s entry was invented by Fabio Biondi, owner of “Local Kitchen,” who made sausages out of the patty, toasted the bread, and twirled the fries. Have a look at Biondi’s concoction here.
